After Gram, researchers can determine the Gram-positive bacteria, more due to additional testing. They can explore, for example, the morphology of the unknown bacteria, structure, movement, and genetics. Previous studies have divided the gram-positive bacteria in four families --- Bacillaceae, Micrococcaceae, Mycobacteriaceae and Peptococcaceae --- and each of these families have control features:
Bacillaceae rod-shaped bacteria. If they can move on their own, they have flagella covering the entire surface. Micrococcaceae are round. They can not move by themselves, and when they fall, they form groups of fours or tetrads. Mycobacteriaceae take the form of slightly curved rods. When they fall, they can either build or long branches that cross shape. Peptococcaceae strattera cost as a circle-shaped. Due to their structure they need in an environment without oxygen, and some can not grow where there is salt. Considerable diversity exists within each family. .
